Vacation

I only have few weeks (9 days to be precise) before I starts my working mode, officially. But I haven't fully enjoy my breaks after finishing training, thesis and misc. actions.

I actually 'complained' to Big Boss how boring is my holidays and he's not here to actually spend time with me. Coz he's planning to come back home whether in late December or February.
Either way, I can't guarantee myself to actually have time for him coz I'll be starting my work in December.

Then, he came up with one idea, which I already thought like months before. Vacation!

It's supposed to be "Out of City" version 2.0 but half of the member (4 originals member,2 can't make it due to tight and sudden planning) can't make it and somehow we have new member joining for this trip. :p

Not to worry, insyaAllah I'll buy you two girls something there! *kira-kira duit, cukup tak??hihi*

Can't wait!

Potential Disastrous

I don't think I was born to cook well and it is very disturbing for me when it comes to cooking,by myself with my own judgment. However, to create this more interesting, I have to cook for my siblings when Mama was admitted for Gallbladder operation.I could easily drive to the nearby warung and buy any dishes, but of course, being me, stingy!

Begin with Day 1 of Potential Disastrous

I even transferred my laptop to kitchen b'coz Google is important when you really have to search for image of onion or others.

I cooked Tenggiri (Mackerel) Masak Kicap with Bayam (Spinach) Goreng. Believe me, I had to search online for the mackerel dish.

For tea, I made jemput-jemput , simple one which no Google needed in this matter.

Later that night, I
brought her (Mama) egg sandwich which ended being eaten (most) by me the next day.

Day 2 of Potential Disastrous

I think i made simple dish like Spinach soup with few fried Kembong fish and fried egg. I don't think pictures are important to prove it that I cooked above dishes. :)

Day 3 of Potential Disastrous

What a day!! I cooked Honey Chicken Rice (Nasi Ayam Madu) . Seriously, this dish is killing me,literally. The rice, soup, chicken, salad, tomatoes, cucumber. There's too many things to be considered in making a good presentation.
Nevertheless, Mama got the chance tasting my dish for that day and she praised me saying the soup were nice (which I don't think so btw)
Even though Mama stayed for 4 days, I finally find myself exhausted with all the thinking on what dish to cook and cooking it self doesn't fascinates me,maybe a little.

I was busy cooking while he is just tired, eating.

"Awie"

Just a random picture taken few weeks ago: A female cat named "Awie" ( I guess maybe her owner loves 'Awie the singer' soo much) weight about 13 kilos. Being pamper in an air-conditioning room with her own "kerusi malas".

I don't think she can even walk, maybe just a little move few inches away.
She can't even smile. Or maybe she dislike me?? Hhmm...

Is she happy or what?

Affordable Food

I'm not really into western food but somehow we just need to get a way from staple food. My parents told me that I'm a KFC Freak since I was small (and had part time job there after SPM did proved it that I'm that freak!), I still fancy malay food the most.

So, KFC can be boring and my family opt for steak. Having a plate of steak with affordable price (of coz, yummeh!) for 6 heads can some times make you think twice.Ok,maybe your dad will think twice!! (coz as the daughter/son,we will just enjoy whatever moments with food).

People, meet Ms. Steak,Garlic Steak.

Garlic, meet people :)

Not-so-dry-dish from Ms.Chili's

Another-dry-dish from Mr.Roma's

I prefer gravy with my steak, and that's why I can't be the best-est friend with Mr.Roma's and Ms.Chilis. Sorry :(

What's best is that Ms.Garlic over here doesn't break your cute lil purse or macho wallet. Maybe a lil' torn if you only have RM 50 for the rest of the week.

She is available at
RM12.00! Not RM 30,not RM 45.90, just twelve ringgit! I just love affordable food! Don't you? Ooh, Ms.Garlic here have siblings, Black Pepper*,Mushroom*,Brown.Of course, relatives, Chicken,Fish and Imported meat. Not to forget friends, Pasta!!!!

All of them live at
Bangsar Food Court, in Station 21. Nearest trademark : Bangsar Village 2 . Her house is open from noon till midnight (depends on the stocks) and they have weekly leave every Sunday (with 95% confidence interval).

p/s: * means popular sauce (from my observation,of course!)

Up for it?

I don't know where to start, coz I have a lot in mind. Anyhow, I'm going to submit my hard cover thesis this monday!!!!!!! Wohoo.... No more panic attacks and constant headache!

Went for a job interview yesterday. Kinda love the office (hehe, adore the decor) BUT it's way too far in KL,along Saloma Bistro it is. From my calculation, 30minutes EXCLUDE traffic jams.

If it's happen to be my job in future, I really need to consider the fuel, tolls and how much time consumed for me to arrive there within times. Not to mention traffic jams!

I've search around for public transportation, bus stops are easy to spot but it wont help me when peak hours. Lrt could be another option, the nearest station would be Bukit Nenas Monorail Station or KLCC Station for Putra Lrt. That would be hopping from one lrt to another coz I'll be using Star Lrt (nearest to home). Lets calculate the fares right now.

The perks are stopping by Pavillion or Sungei Wang Plaza on my back from work, just to have random window shopping moment. But it may not happen when I'll be too tired to do that. *sigh*

During my practical training, I was fortunate to drive back and forth since it just 15-30minutes away (considering peak hours) with RM1.50 parking fare everyday. Less money spent on fuel, more room for food and entertainment.

What if I travel back & forth everyday, minus the train fares and food, what's left for me at the end of month? Freshie's salary offered couldn't be that much to support those expenses (unless you're living right next to the building or your PaMa support you all the way)

Considering all these, I did apply few more applications on Jobstreet, just to have back-ups and options, you see.

So,does location affect your decision on job application or it just me?
